Settling the Person in the Human World: Who Holds the Real Human's Place, How Seats Come and Go, How the Five Are Kept
Three sections settle, one by one, the people come home to the human world.
First, who holds the real human's place. Five great kinds: those who serve the public, teachers, high-skill people, the various licensed practitioners, and the soldier and the officer of the peace. Each holds a seat that nothing but the five can do right, and so each must be a real human.
Then, how seats come and go. The seats of pure yield vanish of themselves as the tool comes into its place. This is no disaster. It is the ordinary course of each thing to its place, and it asks for a settling.
Last, how the five are kept. Everyone holds a license, everyone studies year on year, everyone is reviewed year on year, a living, standing labor that keeps the five.
