Saving the Tool Is Saving People, All of One Thread
Three sections take the root of the last chapter and draw it into one unbroken thread.
First, the two faces. Saving the tool and saving the real human's share are one and the same thing. Guard the five inside the body and the tool has a home. Put the tool back in its place and the five have ground to grow. This one truth shows the blindness of both camps of the age, those who would only shield the tool, and those who would only smash it.
Then, the ground of it. We save the tool not because it is to be pitied but because it is joined to the real human's share.
Last, the source. This root reaches down into the root of all the book's saving of people, and joins the one vein the ancestors handed down.
