The Living Mechanism, Its Charge and Its Homecoming, Back to the Human World
Three sections turn from the bone of the institution to its spirit, and set it back down in the days of living people.
First, its charge. The true charge of this four-part mechanism is to guard the root: guard the five, put the tool back in its place. The mechanism is the form. The charge is the spirit.
Then, its homecoming. All this laying-down of law must fall back into the plain days of living people, back into the smoke and warmth of ordinary life. This is called going back to the human world.
Last, what people do there. Real humans back in the human world are kind to one another, help one another, respect one another, doing what the tool can never do.
