JusticeWay.org is a publication of original essays, observations, and educational materials authored by Tiger Lyon.
It is intended for reading, study, reflection, and academic use.
It does not provide for professional, legal, financial, or medical advice.
2. Intellectual Property
All original content on this site — including writing, frameworks, and terminology — is the intellectual property of Tiger Lyon.
This includes, without limitation, the Justice Way framework (also known as the Axis and the Word/Deed), and the following constituent elements:
• The use of 偽 (wěi) as a core conceptual term within the framework, denoting constructed or cultivated human action as distinct from natural disposition;
• The framework’s classical lineage, drawing on Xunzi’s (荀子) formulation 「人之性惡，其善者偽也」 and the broader Xunzian tradition of 偽 as deliberate human shaping;
• The Word / Deed terminology (replacing earlier “Arrow” language) as the two expressive axes of the framework.
Readers may:
• Read, share, and discuss the content for non-commercial educational purposes
• Quote brief passages with proper attribution to JusticeWay.org and the author
• Reference the site in academic work, articles, and discussions
The following are not permitted without prior written permission:
• Reproduction of substantial portions of the site

The classical source material (Xunzi’s original texts) is in the public domain; however, the framework’s particular interpretation, structure, and application on this site are not.
