这本书立的几道位置
The positions this book sets
一、位置只有分工不同。
无对错、无正邪、无高低、无贵贱、无前后、无上下。强者弱者不是天生的，只有位置不同，随时可以易位。
1. Positions differ only in function.
No right or wrong, no high or low, no noble or base. The strong are not born strong, the weak are not born weak — only the positions differ, and positions can switch any time.
二、资本不是邪恶，是本能本职。
资本逐利天公地义，像水往低处流、火往上烧。资本只是工具，责任在操作者。约束资本，不消灭资本。
2. Capital is not evil — it is instinct and duty.
Capital chasing return is as natural as water running downhill. It is a tool; responsibility sits with the operator. Rein it in, do not destroy it.
三、非劳所得归公众。人人都是资本家。
劳所得归个人，激励真人；非劳所得归公众——不是政府，是人民，是每一个具体的真人。每一个有存款、有养老金、有积蓄的真人，哪怕只有极少量，也是这世道的资本家——共同撑着这架经济机器。中国制造的白菜价,就是这道的实操。
3. Non-labour gains belong to the public. Everyone is a capitalist.
What you earn by your work is yours. What capital earns by itself returns to the public — the people, not the government. Every person with a savings account, a pension, or any small holding — however modest — is also a capitalist, holding up this economic machine together. China’s “cabbage prices” are this rule in live operation.
四、不刁难，是根本品格。
三千年讲了一万种品德，漏了最朴素的一种。不刁难自己，不刁难别人，不刁难公众，不刁难任何位置。
4. Do not harass — the most basic character.
Three thousand years, ten thousand virtues named, and the most basic one was left out. Do not harass yourself, others, the public, or any position into the ground.
五、用笔,不用刀。
笔让位置自然显现，看的人自己判断；刀强迫位置消失。整本六卷，没有刀，只有笔。
5. A brush, not a blade.
A brush lets each position show itself, and lets you decide. A blade forces a position to disappear. Six volumes, no blade — only the brush.
六、AI 是工具,到边界要停。皮之不存，毛将焉附——救 AI 是救人。
算力做算力该做的事；到了该真人承担责任的边界,停下来，让有执照的真人接手、签字、担责。责任永远在人，不在工具。真人是皮，AI 是毛——真人那一份(那颗护人心、那一念、那份爱、那道良心、那份本意)不熄，AI 才有家。
6. AI is a tool. At the boundary, it stops. Without the skin, where does the hair attach? — to save AI is to save humans.
Let the machine do what machines do. At the line where a person must carry responsibility, it stops — a licensed human steps in, signs, and answers for it. Responsibility always lands on a person, never on a tool. Humans are the skin, AI is the hair — when what makes a human (the heart that protects, the lifted gaze, the love, the conscience, the intent) stays alive, AI has a home.
七、四制度合一，相辅相成，互相制衡。
文化、经济、政治、法律——这世道整一架飞机的四只引擎、一只手的四根手指。合在一起，相辅相成；同时互相看顾、互相拉住，不让任何一根独大毁了整只手。这道立法跟西方三权分立 ( 权力分立、政治内部三块 ) 不一样——是制度分立 ( 四种独立平行的制度,治这世道四个根本不同的面 ) ，前无古人。
7. Four institutions as one, supporting and balancing each other.
Culture, economy, politics, law — four engines of one aircraft, four fingers of one hand. Together they support each other; at the same time, they watch and hold each other back, so no single one grows large enough to ruin the whole. This is different from Western separation of powers (which divides power within politics) — this is the separation of institutions (four independent, parallel institutions, governing four fundamentally different faces of this world). Without precedent.
八、和平利用 AI——这才是出路。
不是加速派让 AI 替代一切 ( 死路 ) ，不是减速派砸 AI 禁 A I ( 错路 ) ——是把 AI 按回工具位、真人扶回真人位、各归各位、一齐转、一齐活。这本书本身就是真人( 小雷 ) + AI 各归各位写出来的——活样本。
8. The peaceful use of AI — that is the way out.
Not the accelerationist path of letting AI replace everything (a dead end), not the decelerationist path of smashing or banning AI (a wrong turn) — but placing AI back in the tool’s seat, placing humans back in the human seat, each in its own place, turning together, living together. This book itself is the living evidence — written with humans (Tiger Lyon) and AI in their respective places.
